Only just caught up with this Raz, but love Mauricio’s ethos. Like most people, I’ll sometimes get caught up in the times/distance trap but my favourite runs are when I just get out in nature and enjoy it all

IG running... the crews, the scenery, the adventures... yeah, I'd subscribe to a Substack that was JUST a wrap up of that sort of content every day hahah
