I've only just started running this year and ended up creating a splinter Slow AF running group in my coastal town because I couldn't keep up with the 'real' runners. I can't remember how I came across your substack, but I really enjoy it. So a book is excellent! I look forward to getting my hands on a copy. I also wrote a book called Surf Life a few years ago... nothing more exciting than getting published! Congrats again :)
I love that. I interviewed Martinus a couple of years as part of a 'slow runners' mini-series. Was my favorite (and maybe most important) little group of interviews. Maybe I should revisit!
